AEW and NJPW are joining forces for another Forbidden Door event this summer. The next collaboration event will take place on June 25, 2023, at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Naturally, some top names will be on that show, and we have one confirmed now.
Will Ospreay has entertained fans all over the world with his unique ability and masterful storytelling in the ring. AEW fans will be very happy to learn that he will be around for the next Forbidden Door event.
During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer brought up the Forbidden Door event, and he mentioned something very interesting. Although it is unclear which match he will have, Will Ospreay will be at the second Forbidden Door event. The All In London event is also very likely.
Will Ospreay, as of a couple of days ago, was booked on the show. I do not know his opponent, I do not know the match, but he was booked for the show.
Will Ospreay is one of the most talented pro wrestlers on the planet, and his NJPW contract status is very interesting point to consider. His deal is currently up in 2024.
Will Ospreay will be a part of Forbidden Door this year, but his role hasn’t been revealed. Only time will tell how Tony Khan books him for another big Forbidden Door event.
